These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of artworks, prints and commissions from Liv Samengo-Turner.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Services

We offer:

Original artworks

Fine art prints

Bespoke commissioned artwork

All artwork is created individually and by hand. Due to the nature of original art, slight variations may occur.

2. Commissions

Commission availability, pricing and timelines are outlined on the website or provided upon enquiry

Full payment is required upfront to secure a commission booking

A commission slot is not confirmed until payment has been received

Completion timelines are estimates and may vary due to the creative process

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, commissions cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once work has begun

By placing a commission order, you acknowledge that the artwork is being created specifically for you.

3. Photography Services

3.1 Scope of Services

The Artist offers a limited number of fine art animal photography sessions alongside her portrait commissions. Photography sessions are conducted on location and are subject to availability.

Sessions are designed to capture animals in natural light and environment. While owners may be present during the session and may appear in photographs, the primary focus of the service is the animal.

3.2 Session Fee & Inclusions

The session fee includes:

• Up to 90 minutes of on-location photography

• Professional editing and curation of selected images

• Delivery of the agreed number of high-resolution digital images

• A private online gallery

• Any additional items expressly stated at the time of booking

Specific inclusions will be confirmed in writing prior to the session.

3.3 Travel

Travel within 20 miles of the Artist’s base location is included in the session fee.

For locations beyond this radius, additional travel costs will be charged at a rate of £0.45 per mile, calculated from the Artist’s base address to the agreed location and return, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any significant travel, accommodation, or venue costs (if applicable) must be agreed prior to booking.

3.4 Image Selection & Delivery

Final images are selected and edited at the Artist’s discretion in keeping with her artistic style and brand aesthetic.

Raw, unedited files will not be provided unless specifically agreed.

Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.5 Weather & Rescheduling

Photography sessions are weather dependent. In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed alternative date.

The Artist reserves the right to reschedule sessions where conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the welfare of the animal or quality of imagery.

3.6 Animal Welfare & Safety

The Client is responsible for ensuring that their animal is appropriately supervised and safe at all times during the session.

The Artist reserves the right to end a session if the safety of any person or animal is at risk.

3.7 Usage Rights

The Artist retains copyright of all images created.

Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use delivered images for private use, including printing and sharing on personal social media accounts with appropriate credit.

Images may not be altered, filtered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Artist reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the session.

4. Prints & Originals

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

Sizes, materials and descriptions are listed as accurately as possible

Frames (if included) will be clearly specified

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£)

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all commissions, prints and original artworks

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on location and artwork type

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

7. Returns & Refunds
a) Commissions & original artworks

Due to the bespoke and personal nature of commissioned artwork and original pieces, these are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged.

b) Prints

Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact us before returning any item.

8. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs so the issue can be resolved promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Liv Samengo-Turner and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
