Prints
All prints are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
If your print arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.
Commissions
Commissioned artworks are bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces created especially for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once completed.
Every effort is made to ensure your painting arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist with an insurance claim and resolution.
