Delivery

Prints

All prints are made to order and professionally fulfilled through our trusted print partner. This allows us to offer high-quality production and reliable delivery both within the UK and internationally.

Once printed, orders are dispatched using the delivery option selected at checkout. This includes standard or express services depending on your location. Many delivery options include tracking, and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note that production time is additional to delivery time. Delivery estimates will vary by destination and service chosen.

As prints are made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue.

Commissions

Original commissioned paintings are carefully packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked and insured to the full value of the artwork.

UK commission orders are sent on a next working day service once the painting is complete and varnished (where applicable). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your artwork has been dispatched.

Due to the bespoke nature of commissions, delivery dates are confirmed directly with you in advance. International commission delivery can be arranged by request. Please get in touch prior to ordering to discuss options and pricing.
